The first Certification is Level One- Green Leadership:

GreenBuilding for Real Estate Professionals/Realtors® (Licensees)
receive the Green Certified Real Estate Professional GCREP-GL certification-(approved by ARELLO and in 15 states for 2-3 hours of CE credits)
Introduction to GreenBuilding for Home (Property) Inspectors
receive the Green Certified Home Inspector GCHI-GL (approved by NAHI-ASHI-NACHI for 4 hours of CEU’s and MRC’s)
Introduction to GreenBuilding for Mortgage Professionals
receive the Green Certified Mortgage Professional GCREP-MP-GL certification
Introduction to GreenBuilding for Real Estate Appraisers
receive the Green Certified Real Estate Appraiser GCREP-AP-GL certification (approved in Florida 4 hours CE)

The course will review the energy rating and certification process and qualify a real estate professionals’ role as these new inquiries enter the marketplace.
