        It is the Real Estate Environmental and Energy Education Certification series.

       When doing the research, the author and originator of the series could see this as an emerging field of interest and the laws and         initiatives need to have 3-4 years to settle in across the country.

       Our courses are designed to respond to the needs of Realtors, Home Inspectors, Real Estate Appraisers and Mortgage Professionals.         This information will also benefit their staff personnel to include underwriters, title companies, attorneys and anyone involved in a real         estate transaction.

        Not at this time. This is a very climate specific topic so creating the teaching materials to be community oriented is what makes it so         exciting. Our classroom delivery is well received. It is important to have interaction with the students.

        Currently we are offering courses focusing on the four major disciplines of the Real Estate Industry. The courses are Green Building for         Real Estate Professionals/Realtors (Licensees), Introduction to Green Building for Home (Property) Inspectors, Introduction to Green         Building for Mortgage Professionals, and Introduction to Green Building for Real Estate Appraisers. Our series will continue through         2012-Future Focus on Green Design, Systems, Materials, Mortgage Products, Tax Incentive Updates, Funding Sources, Renewable         Energy Practice, Branding, and more.

       Green Building for Real Estate Professionals course is approved in 12 states for 3 hours of CE credits- Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, New        Mexico, Minnesota, South Carolina, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Illinois, Iowa and Delaware. Our 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th        states on the drawing board for approval are California, Connecticut, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Oregon and Washington State.

        Introduction to Green Building for Home Inspectors course is approved by ASHI, NAHI and NACHI for 4 hours of CE credits.

       Yes, Introduction to Green Building for Real Estate Appraisers course is approved for 4 hours of CE credits in Florida and will be         launching by the end of 2008.
